by google goggles, it is enable us to search by taking a picture: point our mobile phone camera at a painting, a famous landmark, a barcode or QR code, a product, a storefront, or a popular image, and if  goggles finds it in its database, it will provide us with useful information.

here i will explain about the business model and scamper analysis to innovate and create a new google goggles!

after conducting existing business model, we were asked to create scamper analysis innovation ways. here is my group’s works!

substitute: substitute the source of information, from google to consumers, to be consumers to google

combine: combine all the information existing from google with the information from consumers

adapt: adapt voice and video recognition system

modify: modify an easier and more sophisticated search engine ways

eliminate: eliminate too many similar ads, so the ads will be more effective and exclusive

rearrange: provide interesting gifts to lucky customers
